Position: Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time

  • Source, engage, and build a talent pipeline of healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, MDs, etc.)
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer stage
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our ATS (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with U.S.-based clients
  • Ensure candidates meet licensing, credentialing, and background requirements
  • Collaborate with credentialing and onboarding teams to ensure smooth handoffs

  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience (U.S. market preferred)

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience using job boards, sourcing platforms, and ATS tools
  • High attention to detail, strong follow-up habits, and proactive mindset
  • Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

  • Familiarity with U.S. federal contracting or VMS systems (e.g., CentralCare)

  • Knowledge of credentialing and compliance documentation for U.S. placements
