HR Administrator for Interns

Our HR Staff Administrator - Interns is a crucial part of our team with their primary responsibilities being to fully maintain the specialty of the recruitment for internship. Onboarding new interns, communicate with existing interns, scheduling, keeping track of attendance and report to coordinators and offboarding interns that are leaving.
Job Description:
-Sourcing
-Communicate with different schools
-Credentialing and Onboarding
-Assist all new intern's orientation and training
-Inform all staff regarding internship schedules
-Track the time for all staff and make sure it is being fulfilled
-Monthly review and check all HR files
-Offboarding
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience in the HR Recruitment (massive hiring is an advantage)
Experience in hiring Interns and coordinating with universities is a plus
Willing to work as soon as possible
Willing to work nightshift (9AM to 6 PM EST- New York Time)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php176.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Work Location: Remote
