Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Build Notion Team Space Homepage:
  • Create a professional, intuitive command center dashboard summarizing objectives, active projects, and tasks without the need for deep-click navigation.
  • Integrate visual summaries (progress tracking, priorities, owner filters, etc.) for both client and assistant visibility.
  • Ensure relational databases (Objectives → Projects → Tasks) are structured for real-time reporting.
  • Optimize Current Notion Setup:
  • Audit and refine existing pages and filters created by the Executive Assistant.
  • Simplify data pulls and improve presentation of objectives and tasks.
  • Introduce automation or templates for repetitive tasks to reduce manual work.
  • Cross-Platform Integration:
  • Provide structural alignment between Notion, WordPress, Hootsuite, and MailChimp for smoother project execution.
  • Assist in embedding or linking relevant tools inside Notion for centralized tracking.
  • Collaboration & Handover:
  • Train assistant to maintain and update the Notion dashboard independently after completion.
  • Provide short documentation or video walkthrough on dashboard maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building advanced Notion dashboards for business or project management purposes.
  • Deep understanding of Notion database relationships, formulas, views, and design aesthetics.
  • Strong eye for UI/UX design within Notion (command center, team homepages, or operational hubs).
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Hootsuite, and MailChimp is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to translate needs into efficient system design.
  • Experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or related operational systems is a plus.
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
