Key Responsibilities:

Website Management

Keep our website fresh, functional, and on-brand

Update content and ensure pages are responsive, attractive, and SEO-optimized

Collaborate with internal teams to align web content with marketing goals

Graphic Design

Design eye-catching visuals for web, social, and marketing campaigns

Use tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator to deliver polished

materials

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook,

LinkedIn, etc.)

Track engagement and analytics to optimize performance

Stay ahead of digital trends, reels, and viral content formats

Build and grow our social media presence with creativity and consistency

Minimum technical requirements:

Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5 (10th gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen series

or newer)

RAM: 8 GB minimum (16 GB recommended)

Storage: 256 GB SSD (minimum)

Operating System: Windows 10/11 (Pro or Home) or macOS

Webcam & Microphone: 720p HD webcam and external microphone or headset

with noise cancellation for clear communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing, design, or as a digital assistant

Strong background in website content management

Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Solid experience in managing social media content and developing strategy

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
