They are currently enhancing their digital systems and modernizing their online platforms to improve lead conversion, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

This role is part of a digital transformation initiative. You'll play a key part in migrating, maintaining, and optimizing their digital systems to support ongoing growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital and Systems Specialist who can take ownership of the WordPress to Wix website migration, ensure SEO performance is preserved and improved, and set up CRM and workflow automations that help streamline the client's sales and booking process.

This is a remote, part-time, and ongoing position (not a short-term contract). You'll work closely with the management team to implement effective digital solutions and ensure the website and systems continue to perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

Website Migration & SEO

• Plan, manage, and execute the migration of the existing WordPress website to Wix
• Implement proper SEO migration strategies, including 301 redirects, metadata transfer, and sitemap updates
• Ensure all existing search rankings, particularly for "Gold Coast wedding venues", are preserved and improved
• Build a responsive, user-friendly, and visually clean website on Wix
• Conduct post-migration testing and optimization to ensure full functionality

CRM & Workflow Automation

• Set up and optimize form-to-CRM integrations using tools such as Ivory Forms, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce
• Design automated email flows and multi-stage marketing campaigns
• Develop efficient data management structures and lead-tracking systems

Booking & System Optimization

• Review the current Newbook setup for accommodation and event bookings
• Provide recommendations to improve user experience and invoicing processes
• Research and suggest alternative platforms if necessary

Maintenance & Ongoing Optimization

• Monitor website performance, SEO rankings, and CRM efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement of digital processes
• Provide clear progress updates and reports

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in website migration projects, especially WordPress to Wix
• Strong understanding of SEO preservation and ranking recovery after migration
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO monitoring tools
• Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Newbook or similar property and event management systems
• Experience in the hospitality, events, or travel industry
• Knowledge of Ivory Forms or advanced form builders
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier

Work Setup

• Type: Ongoing, Part-Time Employment
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (AEST)
• Hours: 20 hours per week
• Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants are welcome)
• Start Date: November 24, 2025

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
