About the Role

Yulink Services is looking for an E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow online presence across multiple platforms. This position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for setting up online stores, managing daily operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize the company's stores across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
  • Oversee daily operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, order fulfillment, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey by handling inquiries, feedback, and concerns efficiently.
  • Monitor store performance, analyze data, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline e-commerce processes.
  • Recruit, train, and lead an e-commerce team to support business expansion.
  • Stay updated with the latest e-commerce tools, features, and trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce stores from setup to daily operations (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or Amazon).
  • Strong understanding of online sales, merchandising, and customer service best practices.
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience is an advantage.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in e-commerce systems, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work full-time and on-site in Parañaque, Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php120,000.00 per month
