Job Highlights:

You'll work directly with the business owner in a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.

Job Description:

You'll become the operational backbone of two thriving businesses, taking ownership of critical e-commerce functions that directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. This role offers the perfect blend of Shopify expertise and basic accounting support, giving you comprehensive exposure to business operations while working closely with leadership to drive efficiency and scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complete Shopify administration across two business platforms including customer data entry and order processing
  • Create, process, and fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Upload and maintain product catalogs on the product website with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Handle customer email communications and provide tracking detail updates to enhance customer experience
  • Perform data transfer and integration tasks between Shopify and Xero accounting systems
  • Recreate Shopify orders in Xero and manage calendar entries for existing jobs and appointments
  • Coordinate WhatsApp communications with customers when required
  • Maintain organized systems and processes to support business growth and operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience with Shopify platform administration and e-commerce operations
  • Strong attention to detail for order processing and customer data management
  • Strong written English communication skills for professional customer interactions
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
  • Bonus if you have basic familiarity with Xero accounting software
  • It helps if you have experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory management
  • Bonus if you're comfortable with WhatsApp business communications
