  •  Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Job Description:

Assists the E-Commerce Manager in the planning and execution of online

sales and promotions.

 Implements marketing campaigns and online promotion strategies on

the e-commerce platform as directed.

 Oversees the organization and execution of online sales events, ensuring

timely and accurate product launches and promotions.

 Monitors key website performance metrics, such as click-to-purchase

conversion rates, and provides regular reports to the E-Commerce

Manager.

 Analyzes consumer buying behavior and website traffic data to provide

insights and assist in the adjustment of online advertising and email

campaigns.

 Coordinates and oversees the creation, scheduling, and publishing of

valuable and engaging content for the company's website and blog.

 Assists in market research and competitor analysis to identify new online

opportunities.

Works closely with the E-Commerce Manager to ensure online sales

goals are met by tracking progress and implementing necessary

adjustments.

 Liaises with buying and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels and

ensure product availability for the online store.

 Collaborates with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of

products across digital channels.

 Supervises, trains, and guides the e-commerce team members (e.g.,

Fulfillment Specialists) to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and

accurately.

 Stays informed on the latest trends and best practices in online

marketing, measurement, and e-commerce operations.

 Ensures a seamless and positive end-to-end customer journey on the

online store.

Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
