We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is essential for leveraging data to optimize our online inventory, enhance order processing, ensure compliance with platform service-level agreements (SLAs), and improve promotional strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data and inventory turnover to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on inventory status, sales performance, SLA adherence, and promotional effectiveness for management review.
  • Inventory Insights:
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability across all platforms.
  • Conduct inventory audits and provide insights to minimize discrepancies and enhance accuracy.
  • Order Processing Optimization:
  • Evaluate order processing metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment and resolve issues that arise during the order processing cycle.
  • Platform SLAs Compliance:
  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure compliance with platform SLAs.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance order processing speed and accuracy.
  • Catalog Management Insights:
  • Analyze the effectiveness of product listings and provide recommendations for optimizing descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align catalog offerings with promotional campaigns.
  • Promotional Campaign Analysis:
  • Analyze the performance of in-platform promotional activities, including flash sales and discounts.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future promotional strategies based on data analysis.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across e-commerce operations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on data analysis tools and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory management software and e-commerce analytics tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with customer service practices in an e-commerce environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
