Job Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership
o Oversee and direct all day-to-day operations related to solar PV system installation, maintenance, and servicing.
o Ensure operational excellence through strategic planning, efficient resource utilization, and process optimization.
o Implement and monitor company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards to achieve project goals and compliance.
o Coordinate across departments (engineering, procurement, logistics, and HSE) to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
o Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, productivity, and profitability.
- Team Management and Development
o Supervise, coach, and motivate Operations Supervisors, Engineers, and field personnel.
o Drive professional development programs and continuous learning initiatives for technical and operations teams.
o Lead performance evaluations, succession planning, and workforce optimization to support operational goals.
o Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and safety.
- Project Oversight and Execution
o Ensure all installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities adhere to technical standards, quality control, and safety compliance.
o Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and financial performance.
o Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain project milestones.
o Approve project budgets, manpower plans, and material requisitions.
- Maintenance and Quality Assurance
o Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs to sustain optimal performance of solar PV systems.
o Establish quality assurance protocols and conduct regular audits and inspections.
o Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
o Enforce adherence to occupational health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
o Conduct management reviews of safety audits, incident reports, and risk assessments.
o Promote a culture of safety awareness and ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Client and Stakeholder Management
o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
o Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
o Lead coordination meetings with project stakeholders and ensure timely reporting of operational progress.
- Inventory, Logistics, and Asset Management
o Supervise inventory control, procurement planning, and warehouse management.
o Ensure all equipment, tools, and vehicles are properly maintained, calibrated, and accounted for.
o Oversee logistics operations for materials mobilization and dispatch.
- Documentation and Reporting
o Oversee preparation and submission of operational reports, project status updates, and management dashboards.
o Review and approve O&M reports, incident logs, and financial summaries.
o Ensure accurate documentation of field activities, inspections, and corrective actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month

Experience:
