Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The successful candidate will manage staff, streamline processes, and ensure the smooth running of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Management:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Manage payroll, benefits administration, and performance evaluations. Timekeeping

  • Sales Support and Coordination:

Monitor sales performance and assist in developing sales strategies.

Check the approved Contract from the event.

Assist Sales team in assisting customer thru phone/viber/txt message and social media

Coordinate with the sales team to meet revenue targets.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Procurement and Inventory Control:

Identify the need for supplies, equipment, and other resources.

Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.

Maintain optimal inventory levels to support restaurant operations.

  • Accounting and Financial Oversight:

Oversee financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reporting.

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses.

Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

  • Operational Support:

Assess operational needs and provide necessary support.

Collaborate with management to improve processes and workflows.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant management software
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
