Sales Operations Manager

BASIC PURPOSE
Responsible in monitoring the Sales and Operation of the Area assignment. Ensures for the sales target were achieved also oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly manages sales processes, analyzes data, and implements strategies to help a sales team achieve their goals.
Major Responsibilities:
• Manages the overall operations of the DTC, Retail Partners, Sale Events, Outlets.
• Ensures that sales targets for the area were achieved per Department.
• Head the overall performance and the positioning of the stores nationwide
• Monitor competitor activities in the form of sales and promotional activities and gives feedback to the sales Operations so that proper counter measures can be taken.
• Generates sales to meet the target by recommending sales strategies that will increase the revenue.
• Checks and monitor proper inventory/stock positioning for all the stores in the area.
• In charge of the Budget Planning of the entire DTC store operations.
• Monitors the overall performances of store staff personnel and recommends actions for transfer and promotions etc.
• Streamline processes to support sales team performance and align sales strategies with business objectives
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and forecast sales
• Track, collate and interpret sales figures.
