We are looking for a person who is passionate about collectively overcoming the complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as an Operations Manager.

This full-time role is based in our head office in Mandaluyong City.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily order, production, processing, inventory management, and fulfillment to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for fulfillment accuracy, delivery time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce errors, lead times, and operational costs.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate operations, logistics and production team
  • Manage relationships with logistics partners and couriers
  • Ensure all gifts meet company quality standards before shipment.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve operational issues, delivery disputes, and escalations.
  • Oversee stocking, maintenance, and servicing of vending machines as part of alternative gifting distribution channels.
  • Implement floral care best practices and oversee the proper storage, hydration, and handling of fresh flowers to maintain quality and freshness.
  • Oversee operations across multiple regional hubs to ensure consistency and efficiency, and monitor performance through established KPIs
  • Work with different departments to align operations with campaigns, cost control, internal systems, staffing needs, etc.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and logistics processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
