KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across departments—Accounting, Purchasing, HR and Audit, Operations
  • Develop, implement, and review internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices.

Team Management

  • Supervise and lead staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment.

Budget and Finance

  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Monitor operating costs and identify areas to reduce expenses.
  • Ensure operations adhere to financial policies and regulations.

Process Management

  • Lead or support key operational projects.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to drive decisions.

Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Vendor and Inventory Management

  • Oversee procurement, inventory control, and logistics.

Reporting and Communication

  • Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Financial Management
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in operations management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of organizational processes and business functions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
