As an Operations Manager, you'll be responsible of the following:

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with executives and department heads to identify and prioritize areas for operational improvement, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies focused on sales growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance metrics, conducting regular analysis to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee and optimize operational processes across all departments, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Marketing and Operations Alignment: Collaborate with involved departments to develop and implement sales strategies that are fully aligned with operational capabilities and market demands.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Identify, develop, and implement best practices for project management, departmental collaboration, and operational workflows to enhance productivity and team effectiveness.
  • Business Unit Head Support: Actively support Business Unit Head in the execution and refinement of the overall operational strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends and organizational performance.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance within the team.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operational processes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure business continuity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by initiating process evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing changes based on team's input.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
