We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our day-to-day operations. The role is critical in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and smooth coordination across departments to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations in warehouse, logistics, and support teams.

  • Implement policies and processes to improve efficiency and compliance.

  • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management.

  • Manage resources, inventory, and cost control.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering preferred).

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/inventory systems is an advantage.
