Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to keep things running smoothly and help drive growth. You'll make sure the team hits daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets, create strategies to keep us on track, and manage both local and international staff.

You'll also coach team leaders to lift performance and work closely with our digital team to make sure our platforms drive consistent leads and keep communication clear. Since we've got clients who visit the Philippines, you'll need to be open to the occasional in-person meet-up in Manila.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations from booking through to job completion.
  • Stay on top of revenue goals (daily, weekly, monthly) and create strategies to hit them.
  • Manage local and international employees, keeping communication and performance on point.
  • Train and coach leadership teams to improve accountability and results.
  • Partner with the digital team to keep communication effective and leads consistent.
  • Handle escalations and make sure customers always get great service.
  • Keep leadership updated with reports and progress.
  • Meet clients in person when they're in the Philippines.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a remote setup.
  • Experience managing both local and international teams.
  • Strong track record of hitting and managing revenue targets.
  • Solid leadership background, with experience training and developing team leaders.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and fully committed to supporting company goals.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote tools like Google Suite, Teams, and Slack.
  • Must be based in Manila, Philippines.
  • Open to a final in-person interview in Manila.

Work Setup
