Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager who can lead, mentor, and instill best practices within cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong internal leader with the ability to collaborate across departments, foster inter-team alignment, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining processes, enhancing coordination between business units, and cultivating leadership capabilities within their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to standards and fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and strict quality control measures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including selection and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor KPIs, adapt to trends, and address operational challenges proactively.
  • Oversee workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide clear, data-driven reports and insights to support operational decisions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience, proactively managing projects and effectively lead teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Skilled in performance management, change management, conflict resolution, and leadership development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communicator across all organizational levels with a collaborative, proactive approach.
  • Capable of managing multiple operational functions simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software.
  • Willing to work full-time in the office located at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday-Friday)
