Consumer Care Associate

Essential Functions

1 Monitor the efficiency and implementation of consumer assistance process.

2. Analyze complaints and recommend solutions including capacity building, information systems development for monitoring and reports.

3. Endorse, coordinate and work hand in hand with other departments for issues involving their units.

4. Endorse items that needs to be investigated by Internal Audit department.

5. Ensure that the client has a recourse mechanism for complaints to be addressed by the concerned unit of the Bank

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year business course.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

With good communication skills, oral and written.

Knowledgeble in MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
