Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Shift: Night Shift

Work Set-Up: Full-Onsite

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Stay updated on products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
