Job Highlights
- Contract: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (New Jersey) with 1 hour unpaid break
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Client Time Zone: EST (New Jersey)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ strategic outbound calls daily to prospective clients in the technology sector
- Generate and set qualified appointments for the sales team through professional phone interactions
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects to nurture relationships
- Confirm scheduled appointments with clients to ensure optimal meeting attendance and prevent no-shows
- Manage and maintain lead databases by updating contact information and cleaning data
- Research and locate updated contact details for prospects with invalid phone numbers
- Utilize advanced CRM system with integrated calling capabilities for efficient lead management
- Execute proven sales scripts and calling procedures developed by the company
- Track and report on daily calling activities, appointment metrics, and conversion rates
- Support general sales operations and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence and articulation
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles
- Demonstrated proficiency working with CRM systems and sales technology platforms
- Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Self-motivated personality with ability to meet and consistently exceed daily call volume targets
- Professional demeanor with persistence and resilience in follow-up activities
- Adaptability to learn new software systems and calling procedures quickly
- Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for performance-based compensation opportunities
