Salesforce Business Development Representative (Philippines)

About the Role:
We're hiring an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support Salesforce's expansion across the Philippines and Singapore markets. This is a quota-driven sales role focusing on lead generation and account outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research and engage senior executives at enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists.
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in IT/software inside sales.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
