Salesforce Business Development Representative (Philippines)

About the Role:

We're hiring an energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support Salesforce's expansion across the Philippines and Singapore markets. This is a quota-driven sales role focusing on lead generation and account outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and engage senior executives at enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists.
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas and contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in IT/software inside sales.
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
