Job Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting. Your primary goal is to initiate conversations with potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team to close deals. This role is critical to fueling the company's growth pipeline and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Conduct research on target industries and companies to customize outreach and messaging.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Managers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs, such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and lead conversion rates.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to a culture of growth and learning.

Job Type: Full-time
