Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients in target industries
- Cold call and email potential clients to introduce our services and schedule meetings
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and brand awareness
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our services and industry trends
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
