Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will drive global sales growth by qualifying leads, building strong customer connections, and scheduling opportunities that expand market reach. With a focus on lead generation and client engagement, you'll play a key role in shaping long-term business success.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET; must be flexible

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5+ years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to clearly articulate brand and market positioning
  • Excellent English communication skills, supporting both US and global markets
  • Strong understanding of the role and its impact
  • Proven end-to-end outbound sales experience

Must Have:

  • CRM experience (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Clear articulation of brand and positioning
  • Strong English proficiency for global communication
  • Proven expertise in lead generation and outbound sales

Nice to Have:

  • Senior-level experience
  • Exposure to IT procurement or technology customers
  • Experience with BPO or technology companies

Your Daily Tasks

  • Execute outbound dials, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Validate lead lists (remove duplicates, confirm job titles, update domains)
  • Qualify leads (MQL → SQL) and schedule meetings into the calendar
  • Manage follow-up cadence to maintain warm leads
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs and global market trends
  • Communicate effectively in English across global regions
  • Highlight the value and cost-effectiveness of products versus competitors
  • Leverage and integrate Salesforce (or CRM) to track leads and performance
