What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of setting qualified appointments through cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Self-motivated and independent: You thrive in a results-driven environment and don't need hand-holding.
  • Money-motivated and ambitious: You're always hungry to exceed targets and achieve new milestones.

WHAT'S EXPECTED:

  • Set qualified appointments to fill our clients' calendars
  • Call, schedule and follow up with prospects for appointments
  • Complete a minimum of 150 tasks per day (calls, emails, Linkedin Outreach)
  • Book at least one appointment per day in consultants calendar
  • Follow up with leads in a strategic manner
  • Record notes from every prospective client conversation in the CRM database
  • Keep prospect information up to date in CRM
  • Ensure an excellent client experience
  • Provide a warm handoff via Zoom video call introducing the prospect to the consultant
  • To work GRAVEYARD hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must speak fluent, conversational English. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Must speak with full confidence. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in appointment setting as a business development representative with a proven track record of hitting KPI's
  • Must possess fairly strong business acumen
  • A STRONG LinkedIn account is preferred but not required
  • Appointment setting experience in IT, cybersecurity, or other related fields is preferred but not required
  • Willing to work GRAVEYARD shift
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • An incredibly positive, can-do attitude with an optimistic outlook on life
  • Ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to think and act quickly
  • Ability to problem solve and think creatively

COMMISSIONS:

  • BDR's for this role can earn up to 8,000php per quality lead generated
  • Top performers earn 75k+ on average each month in commissions alone
  • No cap on commissions
