We provide everything from website design and hosting, custom app creation, lead generation, and marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram ads) to business setup, consulting, branding, and promotional materials.

We're seeking a motivated Sales Contractor (Philippines-based) to join our team and play a critical role in growing our customer base. This is a base + commission role designed for a highly driven salesperson who thrives on results.


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails, and follow-ups to small businesses (under 10 employees).

  • Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and convert them into customers.

  • Pitch VertexifyCX's full suite of services:

  • Website design & hosting

  • Custom app creation
  • Lead generation services
  • Marketing/advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram)
  • Google, Apple & Yelp business setup
  • Logo & brand creation
  • Business setup, consulting and solutions

  • Business cards, marketing, and branding materials

  • Build strong relationships with small business owners and decision-makers.

  • Maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline, and sales activity in our CRM.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Located in the Philippines (PHI), able to work daytime U.S. business hours.
  • B2 level or higher in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in digital services, SaaS, marketing, or business solutions).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and warm prospect engagement.

Compensation:
  • Base Salary (PHI): ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 per month (≈ $520 – $690 USD) depending on experience.

  • Commission: 15% of total sales revenue closed (uncapped). Example:

  • Close a ₱100,000 ($1,700 USD) website + marketing package → ₱15,000 ($255 USD) commission.

  • Commission is paid on every sale, making earning potential highly performance-driven. All incentives are paid out monthly

  • Windows 10 / macOS 11 or newer

  • Working webcam for video meetings

  • Noise-canceling headset/microphone for clear calls.

  • High-Speed Internet:

  • Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload (50 Mbps+ recommended)

  • Wired connection (LAN) preferred for stability (not Wi-Fi only).
  • Backup internet/data option is a plus.
