Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to provide insurance leads
- Engage prospects in conversations about insurance needs and solutions
- Handle objections and overcome hesitations during sales conversations
- Conduct live transfers of interested prospects to the insurance agent
- Set appointments for qualified prospects when live transfers aren't possible
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of call activities and prospect interactions
- Natural English Speaker: Must possess fluency with a clear, natural accent.
- Exceptional Communicator: A confident and comfortable phone presence is essential. You must be a natural conversationalist who enjoys talking to people.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Cold Calling Confidence: Demonstrable experience and comfort with making outbound calls, including cold calls.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently to meet goals.
