Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM EDT
Total weekly hours: 40 Hours

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to provide insurance leads
  • Engage prospects in conversations about insurance needs and solutions
  • Handle objections and overcome hesitations during sales conversations
  • Conduct live transfers of interested prospects to the insurance agent
  • Set appointments for qualified prospects when live transfers aren't possible
  • Follow up on leads and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of call activities and prospect interactions
Requirements:
  • Natural English Speaker: Must possess fluency with a clear, natural accent.
  • Exceptional Communicator: A confident and comfortable phone presence is essential. You must be a natural conversationalist who enjoys talking to people.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on providing excellent service.
  • Cold Calling Confidence: Demonstrable experience and comfort with making outbound calls, including cold calls.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently to meet goals.
