
Inbound Sales Representative

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST Sydney)Includes 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative with a background in boat booking, yachting, or travel. You will handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver exceptional customer service to travelers seeking unforgettable experiences. This role requires a consultative sales approach, attention to detail, and a proven track record in travel or leisure sales.
Responsibilities
Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
Provide personalized recommendations and quotations for boat bookings, yacht charters, or travel packages.
Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by presenting options, upselling add-ons, and closing sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM systems.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless bookings and guest experiences.
Stay informed about current offerings, destinations, vessels, and industry trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle payment processing, booking confirmations, and follow-up communications.
Previous experience in boat booking, yacht charter, cruise, or travel sales.
Proven track record in inbound sales and lead conversion.
Strong knowledge of travel logistics, booking platforms, and reservation systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with consultative sales skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
Comfortable using CRM systems, booking software, and digital tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
Multilingual abilities (English, Spanish, French, or Italian)
Experience in luxury travel, group bookings, or concierge services
Familiarity with global boating destinations and popular travel markets
Sales-driven with strong closing ability
