This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST Sydney)
Includes 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative with a background in boat booking, yachting, or travel. You will handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver exceptional customer service to travelers seeking unforgettable experiences. This role requires a consultative sales approach, attention to detail, and a proven track record in travel or leisure sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and quotations for boat bookings, yacht charters, or travel packages.

  • Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by presenting options, upselling add-ons, and closing sales.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and bookings in CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless bookings and guest experiences.

  • Stay informed about current offerings, destinations, vessels, and industry trends.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Handle payment processing, booking confirmations, and follow-up communications.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in boat booking, yacht charter, cruise, or travel sales.

  • Proven track record in inbound sales and lead conversion.

  • Strong knowledge of travel logistics, booking platforms, and reservation systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with consultative sales skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, booking software, and digital tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Preferred Skills

  • Multilingual abilities (English, Spanish, French, or Italian)

  • Experience in luxury travel, group bookings, or concierge services

  • Familiarity with global boating destinations and popular travel markets
