Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST), with a 1-hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Join a growing company expanding its market reach through strategic distribution and retail partnerships. This business focuses on building strong relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You'll be at the center of their outbound sales strategy, connecting with prospects who can become valuable distribution and retail partners.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll own the front end of the sales pipeline — driving business growth through systematic outbound calling and lead generation. This role places you at the forefront of business development, where your efforts directly impact revenue and partnership expansion. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships with distribution and retail partners while developing your sales skills in a supportive remote environment with potential for career growth as the business scales.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads.

  • Target and engage distribution and retail partners to develop strategic business relationships.

  • Perform systematic lead generation activities using provided contact databases.

  • "Bird dog" potential clients through persistent and strategic calling efforts.

  • Set qualified appointments and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

  • Maintain consistent daily calling activity and track outreach metrics.

  • Qualify prospects based on partnership potential and business fit.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling within the U.S. market.

  • Clear and concise English communication skills.

  • Demonstrated track record in lead generation and appointment setting.

  • Experience with prospect qualification and pipeline management.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being managed remotely.

  • Bonus: Experience in distribution or retail channel sales.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
