Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting sales activities for hardware or software solutions and services which include among others: prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing and implementing sales objectives and strategies, achieving assigned monthly sales quota and extensive market penetration for the assigned company product lines in various industry. Required to develop a highly positive customer relationship thru regular client visits, attending to sales call on a business-like manner and proper presentation of solutions to address the needs of the clients/customers.
Job Description:
Sales Development
· Generate leads through these lead channels: cold calls, industry research, network and social media to identify new prospect clients.
· Develops builds and manage new business deals.
Sales Management
· Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements, modifying services offered to tailor to customer needs and promoting company solutions.
· Analyzes sales statistics / reports that can be used as a reference in reviewing the past sales performance and predict future sales performance.
Customer Service
· Provides specific details on client requirements to customer service representative for preparation of proposals or product quotation to active and prospective accounts.
· Establishes and maintains good relationship to customers by meeting customer's requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value and expectations that are reasonably within the company's customer relationship principles.
Qualifications/Experiences:
With a minimum 2 years work-related experience in sales / marketing management or product development, preferably from the Construction, Engineering, Architectural, Manufacturing & IT industries; applicants with sales work experience from other industries are welcome to apply having a "can do" attitude and grit which is a combination of passion and perseverance
Degree in Business Management/Engineering/IT or any business-related course
Excellent knowledge and extensive work experience in tele/digital marketing, direct selling and product selling on software solutions and related products, system and services
Ability to identify the client needs, can recommend and sell software and solutions, build business partnerships or business relationships, ensures customer service or client satisfaction, often focusing on specific industries or technologies in Architectural, Engineering, Construction and Manufacturing
Effective communication skills all-encompassing verbal and non-verbal method including but not limited to public speaking, written communication, active listening and questioning, all crucial for building a strong relationship and achieving desired outcomes.
Proven track record in managing full sales cycles and closing inbound leads
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business case development skills
Experience using VTiger or similar CRM tools
Understanding of the CAD/CAM/CAE market is a plus
