Job Description
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll oversee the entire contract lifecycle - from preparation and negotiation to management and close-out. You'll ensure compliance, reduce risks, and drive value through accuracy, attention to detail, and strategic coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Mondays to Fridays, 6AM-3PM Manila time, Weekends Off
Work setup: Temporary Work From Home, Clark, Pampanga
Salary: PHP 80, PHP 100,

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 years of contracts administration experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Law or related courses is required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Construction contract management experience is desirable.
- Expertise in contract review and negotiations for vendor agreements, customer agreements, NDAs, and licensing deals.
- Skilled in identifying legal and financial risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
Your Daily Tasks
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms with internal stakeholders to protect the company's interests.
- Set up and manage contract plans, track progress, and keep information up to date.
- Ensure all contracts follow company policies and approval processes and resolve any issues.
- Identify risks that are outside the client's policies or terms and conditions.
- Handle all contract-related documents, reports, and record-keeping.
- Work with legal teams to quickly and effectively resolve contract issues.
- Perform other duties as required.
