Your Role
As an AU Sales Administrator, you are responsible for:
- Manage and coordinate the full sales contract process.
- Prepare, review, and process sales contracts and Form 1–Vendor's Statement, ensuring compliance with state real estate regulations and disclosure requirements.
- Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information, address queries, and support smooth contract execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organized contract records for auditing and future reference.
- Support the Sales team with timely and accurate contract administration.
- Review contracts for completeness and accuracy to mitigate risks and prevent legal issues.
- Process contract amendments and extensions and ensure all updates are documented and communicated.
- Monitor critical timelines (cooling-off, finance approval, settlement) and ensure required actions are completed within deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Support.
- Preferably with Australian real estate experience.
- Background in administrative support, data entry, database management, reporting, and basic marketing.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, VaultRE, , Google Workspace, and MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
- Quick learner with the ability to adopt new software and tasks.
- Efficient, reliable, and able to work well within a team.
