Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of business plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets
  • Supervise and coach Business Development Specialists, conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and succession planning
  • Develop new customer accounts through meetings, negotiations, and documentation for direct servicing and credit facilities
  • Manage strategic and chain accounts, including product launches, cycle plans, contract compliance, and operational concerns
  • Identify channel-specific opportunities and collaborate on promotions to ensure competitiveness
  • Oversee deployment and evaluation of electric coolers and merchandising materials; ensure volume requirements are met
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, business reviews, and action plans to immediate superior
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in sales, marketing, or merchandising
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry, trade channels, and customer relationship management
  • Skilled in selling, negotiation, presentation, and analytical reporting; proficient in MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; must hold a valid professional driver's license (code 1,2)
