Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our project team. The QS Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and financial control throughout the lifecycle of construction projects. This role plays a vital part in ensuring cost efficiency, timely procurement, and compliance with contractual and project requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architectural, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, MS Excel)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and current market rates
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
