Job Responsibilities:

  • Site Monitoring: Oversee site accomplishment to ensure compliance with the construction schedule and provide real-time feedback to management on urgent site issues.
  • Office and Site Coordination: Provide technical and clerical support to the workforce, ensuring smooth coordination of office and site activities (including requisitions, logistics, orders, inspections, testing, commissioning, schedules, consumptions, budget, etc.)
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Attend coordination meetings, generate and maintain progress report documentation, log keeping, and presentations of all site transactions, both verbal and written, alongside project team members, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Drawing Preparation and Technical Engineering: Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD as necessary, reflecting actual site conditions, gather and analyze data for communication or resolution, and liaise effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction administration or site engineering.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and processes.
  • Understanding of project scheduling and cost control principles.
  • Familiarity with contract management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, MS Office, and Google Suite
