We are looking for driven and dynamic individual who's eager to build a

career in Sales or Business Development. This is a great opportunity for someone who

is street-smart, ambitious, and ready to grow with a fast-paced, results-oriented team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Street-smart, adaptable, and fast learner

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable making high-volume calls daily

  • Internet-savvy and strong research abilities

  • Eagerness to grow into a sales or business development role

  • Prior experience in inside sales for the North American market is a plus

  • Experience in a call center or outbound sales environment

  • Familiarity with sales tools or CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects and leads

  • Engage potential customers with clear, confident, and compelling

communication

  • Research prospects and gather market intelligence using internet tools

  • Identify and qualify leads for sales or business development follow-up

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM tools

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline growth

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
