Job Description:

The Sales Representative will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular sales calls and product presentations.
  • Prepare monthly budgets and sales forecasts, ensuring sales targets are achieved.
  • Submit daily customer reports, including sales accomplishments and orders.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify potential prospects and support product/market development.
  • Update management on market trends (supply, demand, pricing, competitor activities) and recommend actions to protect company interests.
  • Coordinate with the Credit and Collection Department on unpaid accounts, payment discrepancies, credit limits, and problem accounts, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of files, data, and records in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
