Who Are You: We are seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to engage with prospective clients through outbound calls and handle transfer calls as needed. The Sales Representative's responsibilities include presenting our products and services, identifying client needs and interests, and driving conversations that lead to qualified opportunities or closed sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate call logs and tracking daily activity.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or researched prospects.
- Set appointments or close deals with clients to achieve monthly targets.
- Introduce and explain the company's products, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Answer basic questions and address client concerns about products and services.
- Schedule consultations between prospective clients and Sales Representatives when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, including unsuccessful contact attempts, in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects who could not be reached on the first attempt.
- Report recurring client feedback or product-related concerns to the Manager.
- Manage and organize your own diary, schedule call-backs, and track future opportunities.
- Work toward weekly KPIs and sales targets.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns and online research.
- Ensure effective pipeline management through strong communication, active listening, and organization.
- Continuously develop sales techniques and communication strategies to improve performance.
- Educate customers on our products, services, and packages, while highlighting competitive advantages.
- Willing to adjust in process or strategy updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of using CRM
- Professional and courteous disposition
- Persuasive and results-oriented
