What is your mission?
We are looking for a Outbound Sales Representative to drive property sales opportunities through high-volume cold calling and lead qualification. You will be responsible for connecting with property owners, securing qualified appointments, and ensuring a strong pipeline for the Investor Relations team. If you thrive in fast-paced sales environments and have a proven track record in outbound calling, this role is for you.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Identify and research apartment owners, property operators, and decision-makers in target markets.
- Execute 250+ cold calls daily to engage property owners and assess sales opportunities.
- Secure 3 qualified appointments per day and hand off leads to the Investor Relations team.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Track outreach, appointments, and pipeline status in Hubspot CRM.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide insights on market trends, owner sentiment, and competitor activity.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for calls, appointments, and opportunities created.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years B2B cold calling experience, engaging property owners or executives.
- Proven success in high-volume outbound calling (250 dials/day) and appointment setting.
- Ability to qualify prospects quickly and build sales pipelines effectively.
- Strong confidence in handling executive-level conversations and overcoming objections.
- Fluent English communication skills, clear and persuasive for decision-maker engagement.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and prior experience using Sales Navigator preferred.
- Comfortable working US hours in a target-driven environment.
