Job Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will work closely with customers to identify their needs, address inquiries about our products, and recommend suitable solutions. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct regular sales calls and customer visits.
  • Prepare monthly budgets and sales forecasts, ensuring that projected sales targets are achieved.
  • Prepare and submit daily customer reports, including sales accomplishments and orders.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to explore new prospects and support product/market development.
  • Update management on market trends such as supply, demand, price movements, industry practices, and competitor activities, while recommending appropriate measures to safeguard company interests.
  • Coordinate closely with the Credit and Collection Department on unpaid accounts, problem accounts, payment discrepancies, and credit limits, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of files, data, and records, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Healthcare Management, or similar discipline) preferred.
  • Understanding of health insurance concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
