
Sales Development Representative

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on generating and nurturing leads across both B2B (hospitality employers and partners) and B2C (hospitality candidates) markets, driving subscriptions to the Visume platform.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales
- ·Identify, engage, and qualify Australian hospitality employers, partners, and agencies interested in international talent.
- Present and demonstrate the Visume platform's value proposition to hiring decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B leads through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and networking.
- Coordinate with the business development and account management teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
B2C Sales
- Engage with aspiring hospitality professionals seeking career and migration opportunities in Australia.
- Promote the benefits of joining Visume, guiding them through the registration and subscription process.
- Conduct virtual info sessions, webinars, or consultations to support candidate onboarding as part of selling process.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Ausphin and Visume, maintaining trust and credibility with candidates.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in Sales, ideally in Australian recruitment and SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, with ability to build relationships with C-level and HR stakeholders.
- Experience in B2C engagement, particularly in hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation strategies, and virtual sales channels.
- A passion for helping individuals achieve their international career and migration goals.
- Background in international student placement, visa consultation, and hospitality recruitment.
- Knowledge of the Australian migration system and hospitality industry landscape.
- Experience in digital platforms or start-up environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
