Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per drawing and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Interpret and implement construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
  • Assist in material planning, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site workers.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers regarding project updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • With/without experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera - if applicable).
  • Knowledge of safety and standards procedures.
