• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, lubrication, tire rotation, and brake servicing.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct engine tune-ups, transmission repairs, and component replacements as needed.
• Ensure that all repairs are completed according to manufacturer standards and company procedures.
• Perform periodic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle systems and components.
• Record inspection results and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, parts used, and vehicle service history.
• Report recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to the Motorpool Supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations on vehicle maintenance and emissions.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Assist in road service calls or on-site repairs as needed.
• Support the Motorpool Supervisor in monitoring vehicle schedules and availability.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
