Digital Performance and Web Systems Team
and seeking a skilled
Full-Stack Web Developer/Specialist
to help strengthen and optimize our digital infrastructure.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Full-Stack Web Developer/Specialist
with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. You'll build, maintain, and optimize company websites and e-commerce systems while ensuring top-tier performance, reliability, and security.

This is a
full-time onsite position (40 hours per week)
. Applicants must be able to
work onsite
and
commute or travel as needed
to support business operations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Maintenance

• Build, update, and maintain high-performance websites and e-commerce systems.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces and manage back-end data flow.
• Write structured, scalable code using
  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  , and frameworks such as
  Vue, React, and NestJS
  .
• Optimize
  site performance, SEO, and speed
  using tools like
  Google PageSpeed Insights
  ,
  Lighthouse
  , and
  Core Web Vitals
  .
• Conduct regular audits, testing, and debugging to ensure seamless performance across devices and browsers.
• Monitor and report
  site performance metrics
  through
  Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  ,
  Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  , and
  Google Search Console
  .

Technical Enhancements & Integrations

• Implement and manage
  GA4
  ,
  GTM
  ,
  Zapier
  ,
  API integrations
  , and related automation tools.
• Configure event tracking, conversion funnels, and custom tags for analytics insights.
• Collaborate with IT on
  infrastructure planning
  ,
  hosting optimization
  ,
  CDN management
  , and
  DevOps workflows
  .
• Maintain version control, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring processes.

Collaboration & Project Execution

• Work with design, operations, and IT teams to deliver aligned digital projects.
• Translate technical and non-technical requirements into clear development plans.
• Contribute to data-driven improvements and workflow automation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across onsite and remote teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a
  Full-Stack Web Developer
  or
  Web Systems Engineer
  .
• Proficient in
  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue, React, and NestJS
  .
• Experience with
  GA4
  ,
  GTM
  ,
  performance optimization
  , and
  analytics-driven development
  .
• Skilled in
  API integration

• Familiar with

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization skills.
