As the Logistics Coordinator, you handle the real-world execution of daily operations — from van maintenance and supply checks to clearances and team coordination. You're not just keeping the engine running — you're making sure it doesn't break down in the first place.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Tracking van repairs, getting quotes, and submitting photo proofs- Weekly checks on storage and supply inventory
  • Handling all job clearances (with photo/signed confirmation)
  • Daily van readiness — fuel, tools, safety kits, the works- Aligning with drivers and porters on day routes
  • Flagging incidents immediately and ensuring they're documented with the Admin Coordinator

Your output?

  • Clean, complete reports.
  • Zero missing gear.
  • No surprises for the team on-site.
  • This is a hands-on, detail-critical role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
