Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with inventory/ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Filipino.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process incoming orders and generate necessary delivery documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to confirm product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with couriers and internal delivery staff to arrange and track shipments.
  • Oversee the packing and dispatch of goods, ensuring correct items and quantities.
  • Handle delivery receipts, resolve discrepancies, and manage returns as needed.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to customers regarding their order and delivery status.
  • Maintain precise records of all orders, deliveries, and inventory movements.
