Sales and Business Development Specialist

Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for a Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our market presence.
- Identify, research, analyze and contact potential clients to offer the company's services or products
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to attract new clients, expand customer base and improve customer retention
- Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area assigned
- Prepare detailed business plans, proposals, and presentations to present to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in line with the company's guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and sales to develop and improve strategies and business plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide valuable insights to the management team
- Manage and resolve any issues and conflicts with the clients
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for further sales or upselling
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to increase industry knowledge and gain new business contacts
