Outbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
Kruew is seeking detail-oriented and motivated Outbound Sales Specialists to manage outbound communication efforts for our clients. The role focuses on contacting small and medium-sized business's (SMB) through calls, texts, and emails to assess their interest in our client's products. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement:
- Outbound Communication: Reach out to assigned leads via phone, text, and email
- Script Adherence: Use predefined scripts to introduce the services and gather key information from the lead.
2. Lead Qualification:
- Evaluate Lead Interest: Ask qualifying questions to assess if company is interested in select items prioritized by client.
3. Daily Reporting:
- Lead Disposition Reporting: Provide daily reports on lead engagement and disposition (e.g., qualified leads, no contact, non-qualified leads) to the team leader.
- Tracking Performance: Ensure that all leads are followed up on according to the set schedule and that all data is accurately recorded for analysis and improvement.
5. Time Management:
- Prioritization of Leads: Manage a high volume of leads and prioritize contact attempts based on urgency and response rates.
- Follow-Up Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with the structured follow-up process and meet turnaround times for qualified lead transfers.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: With at least 4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead qualification, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in working with CRM systems for tracking leads and reporting outcomes.
- Familiarity with internet connectivity services or telecommunications is a plus.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage leads professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in documenting lead interactions and ensuring data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Excel for managing and reporting lead data.
- Preferably with experience in Ring Central and MS O365
