Job Hiring: Outbound Sales Representative (Night Shift)

₱18,000–₱30,000 Basic Salary + 10% Commission

We're hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to join our growing team

Enjoy a competitive base salary (₱18,000–₱30,000) plus 10% commission on every closed sale — giving you the chance to earn six digits a month or more

Competitive Pay: ₱18,000–₱30,000 basic salary + 10% commission per sale.

Flexible Schedule: Work anytime within the night shift (starts at 10 PM Philippine Time).

High-Ticket Services: Our services range from $1,500 to $15,000.

Fast Payouts:

  • Commission Payout: Every 8th of the month.
  • Salary Schedule: Every 15th and 30th of the month.
  • Cutoff Dates: Every 10th and 25th of the month.

Example Earnings:

  • 1 Sale of $5,000 = $500 commission (approx. ₱28,000).

Close 2–3 sales a month and easily earn ₱80,000–₱100,000+, including your base pay

What We're Looking For

  • Work-from-home setup (laptop/PC, stable internet, noise-canceling headset).
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when speaking with clients.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
  • With outbound publishing and marketing experience is a plus.
